Parent Consultation

In the Spring and Summer term of 2021, Elmore Green consulted with governors and parents prior to the full implementation of our Rainbow Curriculum (Relationships and Health Education) in September 2021. Elmore Green recognises the importance of parental support and the vital role they play in enabling their children to grow and mature and to form healthy relationships. With all of the objectives from the Statutory Relationships and Health Education curriculum, we will ensure that the education we offer is age appropriate, sensitively presented and supports our children’s knowledge and understanding.

 

As part of the consultation process, parents were given the opportunity to understand the purpose and content of Relationships and Health Education and to ask questions about our school’s approach. Further support for parents can be found by clicking the following within the box to the right:
